ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE is a joint qualification system for suppliers and contractors to utilities in Nordics and Central Europe. It's operated by Achilles under Article 77 of Directive 2014/25/EU. The subscribing utilities will use ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE for tenderer selection for contracts and framework agreements subject to EU procurement rules, but reserve the right to publish individual notices for specific requirements where they deem it necessary, even though they relate to the product and service categories covered by ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE. The qualification system may be used for contracts not subject to EU procurement rules at each subscriber's discretion. Achilles Information AS tilbyr et kvalifikasjonssystem, ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE, for leverandører og entreprenører innen bygge- og anleggsvirksomhet i Norden og Sentral-Europa. Systemet er en rammeavtale av ubestemt varighet, hvor leverandørinformasjon må oppdateres årlig. For å kvalifisere seg må leverandører fylle ut et bestillingsskjema og betale en årlig kvalifikasjonsavgift på mellom 260 og 1170 euro. Kvalifikasjonen innebærer også utfylling av et online spørreskjema med detaljert bedriftsinformasjon og innsending av et ESPD.

Achilles Information AS etablerer et kvalifikasjonssystem, ACHILLES UTILITIES NCE, for leverandører og entreprenører innen bygge- og anleggsvirksomhet i Norden og Sentral-Europa. Systemet er av ubestemt varighet, men krever årlig oppdatering av leverandørinformasjon og en kvalifikasjonsavgift på mellom 270 og 1210 euro. Leverandører må fylle ut et bestillingsskjema, betale avgiften og fullføre et online spørreskjema som dekker detaljert firmainformasjon, samt levere et ESPD via systemet.

Achilles Information AS trenger bygge- og anleggskompetanse for å levere et kvalifikasjonssystem for leverandører og entreprenører til forsyningssektoren i Norden og Sentral-Europa. Systemet brukes til å velge leverandører for kontrakter og rammeavtaler underlagt EU-anskaffelsesregler. Et viktig formelt krav er at leverandørinformasjon må oppdateres årlig, og det kreves en årlig kvalifikasjonsavgift på mellom EUR 250 og 1130.
