    De European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) heeft behoefte aan diensten voor het actualiseren van het European Startup and Scaleup Scoreboard (ESSS) 2026, met een maximale totale contractwaarde van 792.000 EUR over een periode van 48 maanden. Het doel is om de gemeenschappelijke methodologie en het indicatorraamwerk van de ESSS 2026 te actualiseren voor het verzamelen van gegevens en de analyse van startups, scale-ups en hun ecosysteem in de Europese Unie, om zo de innovatieprestaties van het start-up ecosysteem van de EU te monitoren, meten en benchmarken. De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (70%) en prijs (30%). Forefront Oy, EUROPEAN FUTURE INNOVATION SYSTEM CENTRE en VISIONARY ANALYTICS UAB hebben momenteel een vergelijkbaar contract.

    • The aim of this action is to update the common methodology and indicator framework of the ESSS 2026 for the collection of data and analysis of startups, scale-ups and their ecosystem in the European Union. This action provides the basis for a regular update of the European Startup Scoreboard to monitor, measure and benchmark the innovation performance of the EU’s start-up ecosystem.
