A Kistarcsai Flór Ferenc Kórház törölte a vasculáris angiográfia szolgáltatás nyújtására vonatkozó versenytárgyalást, mivel csak egy elfogadható ajánlat érkezett. Az értékelési szempontok között szerepelt az intervenciós radiológiai licenccel rendelkező radiológus szakorvos szakmai gyakorlati ideje (maximum 36 hónap), valamint a járóbeteg és fekvőbeteg vizsgálatok költségei, továbbá specifikus beavatkozások, mint az arteriás vagy vénás érfestés, embolizáció, biopszia és drainage árai.

Description
The tenderer is unsuitable if they do not have one or more references for performing vascular angiography services within 36 months prior to the tender announcement, which collectively confirm at least 460 vascular angiography interventions, and during the examined period, there must be continuous service delivery for at least 12 months. The required quantity reference can be fulfilled with multiple contracts. The contracting authority considers services completed within the last three years, but started no more than six years ago, however, in accordance with Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.) § 21/A and § 22 (2), it also accepts proof if the result or activity included in the reference requirement was realized as a partial fulfillment of the contract.
Documentation Requirement
Preliminary proof of suitability: The contracting authority accepts a simple declaration from economic operators regarding the preliminary proof of suitability requirements, i.e., filling in Section IV "alpha" (general indication of all selection criteria). Proof of suitability: Based on § 1 (2) of the Decree, the economic operator called upon by the contracting authority to submit proofs regarding suitability requirements in accordance with § 69 (4)-(6) of the Public Procurement Act must prove in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter IV of the Decree that they meet the suitability requirements specified by the contracting authority, as follows: They must attach, in accordance with § 21 (3) (a) and § 22 of the Decree, a description of their most significant services that meet the requirements specified in point M1 of the tender announcement, completed within three years prior to the tender announcement, but started no more than six years ago.
