Schaerbeekse Haard heeft behoefte aan een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit een architect, stabiliteitsingenieur, ingenieur speciale technieken, EPB-adviseur en veiligheidscoördinator voor de ingrijpende renovatie van 22 bestaande sociale woningen, inclusief een ruimtelijke reorganisatie die het aantal woningen beïnvloedt. De gunningscriteria zijn voor 100% gebaseerd op kwaliteit, zoals beschreven in bijlage 3 van de opdrachtdocumenten onder "3.1/ Gunningscriteria".
