Brief

AB "Amber Grid" needs pipeline inspection services for their gas transmission system over 36 months, with a maximum total value of 1,368,000 EUR. The services include identifying changes in activities within the monitored area of the gas transmission system using aerial photographs (Service 1), and generating a point cloud using LiDAR for vegetation assessment and ground surface elevation analysis (Service 2). The procurement object will not be divided into parts, and suppliers must offer the entire scope of services.

From the notice

  • Identification of changes in activities (actions) carried out within the monitored area of the gas transmission system (also known as the main gas pipeline) (within the boundaries of Protection zones and Class of territories), preparation of spatial data and submission of reports based on aerial photographs of the gas transmission system (pipeline) (hereinafter - Service 1). Generation of a point cloud using laser scanning (hereinafter - LiDAR) and the submission of the results of the analysis and reports of the spatial data sets created on that basis (vegetation assessment for removal and/or analysis and reports on the assessment of ground surface elevation) (hereinafter - Service 2). Service 1 and Service 2 are collectively referred to as the Territory surveillance Services (hereinafter collectively - the Services). The Procurement object shall not be divided into parts. Any Supplier submitting a tender shall offer the entire quantity/scope of the Procurement.
