Il-Korporazzjoni għas-Servizzi tal-Ilma (Water Services Corporation) daħlet fi ftehim ma' REACTILAB LTD għall-provvista ta' apparati portabbli għall-monitoraġġ tal-gass, inklużi monitors tal-gass multipli u monitors tal-H2S (gass wieħed). Dawn l-apparati se jintużaw mill-persunal tad-DPU biex jivvalutaw l-ispazji magħluqa, jiskopru tnixxijiet, u jimmonitorjaw żoni speċifiċi, b'mod partikolari biex jidentifikaw gassijiet tossiċi u fjammabbli fil-manholes. From the notice
The subject of this tender is the supply of portable gas monitors for DPU personnel, which will include Multiple Gas monitors and H2S (single Gas) Monitors. The single-gas detectors will be used to assess clearance in confined spaces, detect leaks, and monitor specific areas, whilst the multi-gas detectors will primarily be used to identify toxic and flammable gases in manholes.
