Water Services Corporation needs environmentally friendly sewer and potable-water network works in the Xatt ta’ San Ġorġ area of Birżebbuġa, Malta, with a maximum total contract value of €3,079,070. The works include replacing 200 mm, 250 mm and 500 mm gravity wastewater mains and associated manholes to increase capacity and prevent further seawater infiltration, installing 150 mm dual rising mains, and laying potable-water mains ranging from 100 mm to 300 mm, as specified in the tender drawings.

The Sectoral Procurement Directorate needs the supply, delivery and laying of ready-mix concrete for the Maintenance and Public Cleansing Directorate, Ministry for Gozo, on an as-required basis under a 2-year framework contract, with a maximum total value of €196,395. The work is to be carried out in Malta.

WSC/T/059/2026 - WORKS - TENDER FOR THE REGENERATION OF THE GZIRA PUMPING STATION AND SURROUNDING GROUNDS IN AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY MANNER FOR THE WATER SERVICES CORPORATION

Water Services Corporation needs works for the regeneration of the Gzira Pumping Station and surrounding grounds in Malta, with a maximum total value of 6,250,000 EUR. This includes the restoration of the scheduled Main Building, repurposing parts of it for the locality’s Local Council offices and multi-purpose spaces, upgrading the pumping station's operational facilities, restoring the existing formal garden, and reconfiguring the rest of the site into a public garden. The project also involves laying pipes and services by open cut trenches in Triq Rue d’Argens, Gzira.
