Miasto Zielona Góra – Urząd Miasta Zielona Góra zleca na 18 miesięcy roboty budowlane w Parku Piastowskim w Zielonej Górze, obejmujące zagospodarowanie wód opadowych i przebudowę infrastruktury technicznej. Zakres prac obejmuje m.in. rozbiórkę i remont nawierzchni, wykonanie nowych alejek, instalację zasilania, oświetlenia i monitoringu, montaż zapór, toalety samoobsługowej oraz małej architektury, system nawadniania, pielęgnację i nowe nasadzenia, w tym ogrody deszczowe. Inwestycja jest współfinansowana z programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat i Środowisko 2021–2027. Wykonawca musi wykazać co najmniej dwa porównywalne zadania o wartości minimum 6 mln zł brutto każde, obejmujące zagospodarowanie terenów zielonych lub parków, małą architekturę, nasadzenia i oświetlenie. Wymagany zespół obejmuje kierowników robót z uprawnieniami konstrukcyjno-budowlanymi, sanitarnymi i elektrycznymi oraz osobę z wyższym wykształceniem w architekturze krajobrazu lub ogrodnictwie i doświadczeniem przy co najmniej dwóch realizacjach terenów zieleni w przestrzeni publicznej o powierzchni minimum 5000 m². Kryteria oceny to cena (60%) i wydłużenie gwarancji (40%).

Qualification requirements
Description
Leverandøren skal i løpet av de siste 7 årene (regnet bakover fra tilbudsfristens utløp), eller i løpet av en kortere periode dersom virksomheten har eksistert i kortere tid, ha utført byggearbeider som er sammenlignbare med de byggearbeidene som er gjenstand for kontrakten. Dette innebærer minst to oppdrag med en minimumsverdi på 6 000 000,00 PLN brutto hver, innenfor anlegg av grøntområder som nevnt i art. 5 pkt 21 i lov om naturvern og/eller park, inkludert småarkitektur som nevnt i art. 3 pkt 4 i byggeloven, samt beplantning og belysning av området.

Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) rozbiórkę istniejących nawierzchni utwardzonych 2) remont istniejących nawierzchni utwardzonych 3) remont schodów terenowych 4) wykonanie nowej nawierzchni alejek parkowych 5) wykonanie instalacji zasilania, oświetlenia i monitoringu 6) montaż zapór drogowych 7) montaż toalety samoobsługowej wraz ze zbiornikiem 8) montaż obiektów małej architektury 9) wykonanie systemu nawadniania rabat 10) pielęgnację istniejącej szaty roślinnej 11) wykonanie nasadzeń i ogrodów deszczowych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr I.2 do SWZ oraz w dokumentach, o których mowa w pkt 3.4. SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową i Specyfikacjami Technicznymi Wykonania i Odbioru Robót zawartymi w załączniku nr I.4 do SWZ 4.
