Brief

Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH needs services for the project "Empowering Women for Technical and Green Crafts Professions and in Career Development (Fursati)" in Jordan over approximately 24 months. The project aims to improve young women's access to non-stereotypical, labor market relevant training and decent jobs in green, technical, and creative sectors. The contractor will support TVET reform rollout and gender-responsive implementation of the BTEC model through establishing and managing flexible short-term expert pools, competence and organizational development for the Ministry of Education, co-developing a Gender Equity and Social Inclusion framework, providing gender-transformative career guidance, advising selected BTEC girls' schools, and conducting M&E and tracer studies. The contractor must provide a team leader, one key expert, and national and international short-term expert pools. Qualification requirements include an average annual turnover of at least 2,000,000 EUR (net) for the last three years, at least 5 reference projects in Gender equality in TVET and secondary education, and at least 2 reference projects in the MENA region within the last 36 months, with each reference project having a minimum commission value of 500,000 EUR (net).

The project aims to improve young women"s access to non-stereotypical, labour market relevant training and to decent jobs in green, technical and creative sectors.
