    Brief

    FORSVARSMATERIELL needs services for a technical architect SAP role for project P1160 in the enabling team "Release" in The Cyber Defence DRIV, to be delivered in Oslo. The consultant will focus on technical architecture, change and configuration management of SAP, and will also plan, coordinate, and carry out activities in the FIF system landscape. The role may involve cooperation with other departments and/or projects in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Qualification requirements include good experience from similar deliveries, documented by an overview of the three most relevant contracts in the last three years, a good quality management system (ISO 9001 certification or equivalent is sufficient), and a documented and valid environmental management system (ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårn, EMAS certification or equivalent is sufficient).

      The Contracting Authority shall enter into this agreement on behalf of The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA). The aim of this notice is to fill the role of technical architect SAP for project P1160 in the enabling team "Release" in The Cyber Defence DRIV. The consultant shall fulfil the role with a focus on technical architecture, change and configuration management of SAP. The role will also be required to plan, coordinate and carry out activities in the FIF system landscape. The role could also involve cooperation with any other departments and/or projects in the Norwegian Armed Forces.Hovedtrekkene i prosedyrenThis procurement will be made in accordance with the Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurements (the Public Procurement Act - LOA) and the regulations 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (procurement regulations - FOA). The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the 'open tender contest' procedure in accordance with PPR § 13-1 first section. This procedure gives all interested tenderers the opportunity to submit tender offers. Negotiations are not allowed in this competition. Tenders cannot, therefore, be changed after the tender deadline has expired.
