    Bygg og anlegg - Oppføring, renovering og vedlikehold av bygninger

    STATSBYGG needs service and maintenance on doors, including repairs and potential replacements, for its properties in Agder, through a framework agreement over 4 years with a maximum total value of 8 million NOK. The contract requires the supplier to be able to deliver new gates if needed. Award criteria are Price (70%) and Quality (30%), with quality focusing on the tenderer's ability to use zero-emission vehicles. Qualification requirements include providing an overview of personnel with relevant competence and experience, and descriptions of up to 3 reference assignments with comparative value from the last 3 years related to service and maintenance for doors.

      The contract includes service and maintenance on doors with the accompanying repairs as well as turn-outs if needed. The contract applies to The Directorate of Public Construction and Property ́s properties in Agder.  If errors are discovered on ports so that they must be replaced, the tenderer shall be able to deliver these. New gates shall also be delivered if this need arises.

      Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, one in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

      Dokumentasjonskrav

      The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers may, in addition, be asked to submit auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively state StartBANK ID.

    • Beskrivelse

      Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability (capacity) and suitable manpower to carry out assignments under the contract.

      Dokumentasjonskrav

      An overview shall be provided of personnel, with a description of competence and experience, that the tenderer can use and that is relevant for the execution of the contract work. If the tenderer does not have the manpower, tenderers must join up with sub-suppliers who must submit commitment statements and ESPD forms/Statsbygg ́s self-declaration form regarding qualification requirements and rejection reasons.

      Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments with a transferable value to this contract, including service and maintenance for doors.

      Tenderers shall provide a description of up to 3 reference assignments with comparative value in the last 3 years with information on, among other things: · The assignment/contract name · Description of the assignment/contract · Type of building · The assignment/contract value · Start-up date and completion date. It must be stated whether the works have been carried out by sub-suppliers or by the tenderer themselves. If the tenderer has not carried out the work themselves, the reference will not substantiate that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Tenderers must, in such cases, present a commitment statement from a sub-supplier who has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractors that show that the requirement is fulfilled.
