    Enterprise Ireland needs an Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team for the fit out of their Headquarter Office through a single-party framework agreement over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 3,500,000 EUR. The services required include architectural services (acting as design team lead), civil and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, quantity surveying, fire safety design, disability access consultancy, assigned certifier services, design certifier services, PSDP, catering design, lighting consultancy, environmental/sustainability consultancy, landscape architectural services, employers representative, planning consultant, mobility and inclusivity consultant, acoustic consultant, and other ancillary design and consultancy services. The architectural services consultant will be the design team lead and will act as the single point of contractual responsibility.

    About the bid

      Enterprise Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for an Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team for the fit out of Enterprise Ireland Headquarter Office. It is anticipated that the principal services to be provided by the design team will include, but are not limited to the following disciplines: a)Architectural Services (incl. design team lead) b)Civil and Structural Engineering Services c)Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services d)Quantity Surveying Services Additional design team services will include, but are not limited to the following: e)Fire Safety design services, f)Disability Access Consultancy services. g)Assigned Certifier services, as defined under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014. h)Design Certifier Services, as defined under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014. i)PSDP (Project Supervisor for the Design and Construction Process) j)Catering Design services k)Lighting Consultancy services l)Environmental and/or Sustainability Consultant, m)Landscape Architectural Services, n)Employers Representative o)Planning Consultant p)Mobility and Inclusivity Consultant q)Acoustic Consultant r)Other ancillary design and consultancy services as required The architectural services consultant will be the design team lead and will act as the single point of contractual responsibility, with the remaining key disciplines providing collateral warranties for the benefit of the Contracting Authority.
