Yleisradio Oy is planning the procurement of a newsroom real-time analytics solution to provide editorial teams with near real-time data and analysis of article performance on the yle.fi website and the Yle mobile application. Suppliers can give feedback and input to the buyer by sending an email to tarjoukset.yle(at)yle.fi, including a description of their solution, a completed "Requirements Newsroom Real-time Analytics Solution" appendix, a company presentation, reference architecture view, and descriptions of their cybersecurity and GDPR policies.

OBJECT OF THE RFI Yleisradio Oy (later “Yle”) is preparing a public tender of newsroom analytics solutions to enable near real-time article and video analytics in Yle’s digital services. The primary function of this solution is to provide our editorial teams with near real-time data and analysis of article performance on the yle.fi website and the Yle mobile application. The goal is to empower our newsroom and other editorial staff with actionable insights to make data-driven editorial decisions. With this RFI Yle invites interested suppliers to participate in the market dialogue held prior publishing the call for tenders (RFP). In this RFI, Yle is looking to identify the solutions available in the market that could meet Yle’s needs. This request for information is aimed to enter discourse with interested parties, and gather information for tender purposes. HOW TO PARTICIPATE Interested suppliers are invited to take part in the market dialogue by sending the response by email to tarjoukset.yle(at)yle.fi at latest by 14th of August 2026. In case you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please include a description or additional appendices covering the following topics in your email: 1) Description of the solution you provide, including a description of which key features are included in your solution 2) Completed appendix “Requirements Newsroom Real-time Analytics Solution” 3) A short company presentation, including the size of the company in terms of revenue and number of employees 4) Reference architecture view 5) Description of your cyber security policies and continuity planning 6) Description of your GDPR policies.
