Elia Transmission Belgium heeft een kwalificatiesysteem opgezet voor civiele werken in hoogspanningsonderstations. De werkzaamheden omvatten de bouw en renovatie van hoogspanningsonderstations, zoals funderingen, gebouwuitrusting, sloopwerkzaamheden, graafwerkzaamheden en alle soorten grondwerken, terreinvoorbereiding en -opruiming, oppervlaktebehandeling en sanering, en vergelijkbare toepassingsgebieden.

Open Qualification System (OQS) - Onshore Underground Cable Systems

Elia Asset needs onshore underground cable systems in Arr. de Bruxelles-Capitale/Arr. Brussel-Hoofdstad, Belgium. To qualify, applicants must request, complete, and submit a "Qualification Questionnaire" with the most actual available data and requested documents. Open Pre-Qualification system - Small and Medium Power Transformers for the Belgian High Voltage Grid.

The subject of this Pre-Qualification is the design/engineering, manufacturing, factory testing, supply, delivery, unloading, installation, on-site testing, commissioning and after sales servicing of Small & Medium Power Transformers, including all necessary/related accessories and or services for Belgian (Elia) Onshore substations. The Pre-Qualification is obtained by range of Materials and by factory. An overview of the ranges is provided in the lot description. ********************************************************************* Participation to the Pre Qualification: The Applicant must request, complete the Pre-Qualification questionnaire (PQQ) with the most actual available data together with the requested documents. Qualification System for Electrical works on the overhead lines of the high voltage network

Elia Transmission Belgium needs electrical works on the overhead lines of the high-voltage network (30Kv-380Kv). The main activities include mounting and assembling various types of poles and towers, intrinsic safety items, line works with or without pulling and braking machines (such as pulling lines, replacement of conductors and power cables, guard cables, markings, OPGW, Bundle configuration, HTLS), audit and inspection works, and demolition/dismantling works.

CON1140 Qualification System for the at scale EPC delivery of 110 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV HV Substations and Substation Programmes

ESB proposes to establish a qualification system under a negotiated procedure for the at scale EPC delivery of 110 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV HV Substations and Substation Programmes. It is envisaged that a significant number of DSO and TSO GIS Substations will be constructed during the period 2026 - 2035 and will be delivered via this procurement process as outlined in Section A Information Memorandum, attached to this publication. Substations procured under this Qualification System will include for a full end to end scope of delivery which may include in some cases site acquisition and achievement of planning permission on behalf of the Contracting Entity. The scope of substation projects under this Qualification System may include a requirement for the inclusion of additional technologies including but not limited to STATCOMS and series compensators. The First Procurement under the Qualification System is envisaged to be: • Framework for PR6 Capacity at scale EPC delivery of 110 kV and/or 110 kV to /38 kV/MV Substations and Substation Programmes. Economic Operators who wish to participate in this qualification system process should submit a response as set out in the Section A Information Memorandum document. While applications may be made to join the Qualification System at any time, those interested in being considered for the Initial Framework (the “First Procurement”) under this Qualification System should submit a completed QSQ response on or before 1200 hrs (local time) on Friday 27th June 2025 (the “First Procurement Closing Date”).
