    IT-drift og support

The European High-Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC JU) in Luxembourg needs the acquisition, development, hosting, and support of a peer-review platform for a maximum duration of 5 years (3+1+1 options), with a maximum total value of 1,800,000 EUR. This platform is crucial for implementing an international peer-review process to ensure open, fair, and unbiased access to EuroHPC supercomputers, AI Factories, and Quantum Computers. The platform needs to be tailor-made for EuroHPC JU's specific requirements, processes, and peer-review workflows. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (70%) and price (30%).

    About the bid

EuroHPC JU implements an international peer-review process for the distribution of the Union’s share on the access time to EuroHPC JU infrastructure. This is a process that ensures open, fair, and unbiased access to EuroHPC supercomputers, AI Factories and Quantum Computers. In this line, the EuroHPC JU wishes to procure and evolve its own private platform, tailor-made for the requirements, the specific processes and peer-review workflows implemented for the Joint Undertaking. EuroHPC JU is seeking to procure supply and establish the service for at least a period of 3 years, due to the importance of the peer-review process and the complexity to migrate and operate a completely new platform. EuroHPC would like to keep the possibility of renewing the contract two times, yearly, for a maximum duration of 5 years, in case the JU considers the services provided satisfactory.
