    Brief

Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) needs a parallel-screening reactor for DTU Chemistry for 6 years, to be delivered in Nordsjælland. The reactor will be used for testing heterogeneous catalysts under industrially relevant conditions, including high temperature and pressure, and should operate under identical conditions to generate reproducible data for comparative evaluation of catalysts in C1-chemistry. The setup must include an integrated GC for quantifying reaction products. Offers will be evaluated based on Price (50%), Hardware (25%), Software (10%), Delivery (10%), and Sustainability (5%). Tenderers must provide at least 2 references for comparable agreements, each with a value of at least EUR 536,000 and not older than 3 years.

    Qualification requirements

    • Description

The Tenderer must provide 2 references for comparable agreements. Comparable agreements mean agreements with a value of at least EUR 536.000 concerning a Parallel Reactor or a comparable service. The agreement, to which the reference refers, must not be more than 3 years old. The date is calculated from the last signature on the agreement referred to. If the Tenderer cannot comply with the requirement, the Tenderer may rely on the capacities of other entities or make a consortium.

    From the notice

    • DTU Chemistry at the Technical University of Denmark is looking to invest in a parallel-screening reac-tor for testing relatively small amounts of heterogeneous catalysts under industrially relevant condi-tions, including high temperature and pressure. The parallel reactors should operate under identical conditions and generate reproducible data for a comparative evaluation of catalysts under a wide range of conditions and for multiple applications related to C1-chemistry. The reactor setup should be equipped with an integrated GC to quantify the reaction products.

Delivery and installation of a ICP Reactive ion etcher for silicon dielctrics

Danmarks Tekniske Universitet - DTU needs an ICP Reactive ion etcher for silicon dielectrics, to be delivered and installed in the DTU Nanolab cleanroom in the Copenhagen area. The instrument must support the full spectrum of etching of silicon-based dielectrics, from sub 100 nm nanostructures to depths of several tens of microns, requiring exceptional process controllability and tunability for ultra-precise, low-rate etches (< 100 nm/min) and high etch rate deep etches (approaching 500 nm/min). It must accommodate all silicon dielectrics of the form SixNy, SixOx, and SixOyNz, and be compatible with mask materials including Si, Cr, e-beam resists, and UV/DUV photoresists with high mask selectivity. The instrument must be configured for 150 mm wafer processing, with an option for a complete kit for 200 mm wafer processing. DTU will also have the option to purchase one additional identical instrument. Award criteria are Functionality and performance (50%), Quality of submitted samples (30%), and Price (20%).
