El objeto del contrato es la prestación de servicios de asistencia a la administración y soporte de sistemas de tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) de la Dirección General de la Policía Municipal de Madrid, a cargo de la Subdirección General de Informática, Comunicaciones y Nuevas Tecnologías, bajo un modelo de servicios gestionados (managed services), en el que el adjudicatario asume la responsabilidad extremo a extremo, colaborando estrechamente con el personal de la SGICNNTT.
