A beszerzés tárgya különféle helyhez kötött akkumulátor telepcsoportok beszerzése, eseti megrendelések útján, értékbeli keretszerződés keretében összesen 192.350.000,- Ft értékben, összesen 134.645.000,- Ft lehívási kötelezettség vállalásával az alábbi részek szerinti megoszlásban. 1. rész: Szabványos OPzS folyadék elektrolitú és OPzV itatott GEL elektrolitú - pozitív páncél és negatív rácslemezes – vagy azzal egyenértékű akkumulátor telepek, állvánnyal. A keretösszeg nettó 40.800.000,- Ft (Várható mennyiség: 31db), melyből ajánlatkérő nettó 28.560.000,- Ft lehívására vállal kötelezettséget. A lehívási kötelezettséggel terhelt tervezett, várható mennyiség 22db. 2. rész: Helyhez kötött, szeleppel zárt (VRLA), itatott (AGM vagy GEL) elektrolitú savas ólomakkumulátor telepek A keretösszeg nettó 151.550.000,- Ft (Várható mennyiség: 110db), melyből ajánlatkérő nettó 106.085.000,- Ft lehívására vállal kötelezettséget. A lehívási kötelezettséggel terhelt tervezett, várható mennyiség 77db. Ajánlatkérő a mennyiségi adatot statisztikai alapon, tájékoztató jelleggel adta meg. A szerződéskötést követően ténylegesen lehívott akkumulátor telepek mennyisége - különböző feszültségszinten és kapacitással - a tervezett mennyiségtől a keretösszeg, illetve a kötelezettségvállalás által behatárolt értéktartományban, és a megajánlott egységárak függvényében eltérhet. A termékekkel szemben támasztott műszaki követelményeket a dokumentáció tartalmazza.

  Description

  The tenderer is unsuitable if, based on the financial data for the last three closed business years, the total net turnover from sales does not reach HUF 40,000,000 for Part 1. In case of tendering for multiple parts, the net turnover corresponding to the value of Part 2 must be available among the parts affected by the tender. If the tenderer cannot provide the turnover data for the entire period prescribed by the contracting authority because it started its operation after the beginning of the period, it is entitled to prove its suitability with the turnover data for the period after the start of its operation. For economic operators established later, the contracting authority does not specify a different turnover requirement from the previous ones based on Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.) Section 19 (5).

  Documentation Requirement

  Preliminary proof: For preliminary proof of the suitability requirement, the contracting authority accepts the simple declaration made by economic operators in the ESPD based on Section 2 (5) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.). (ESPD Part IV, Section Alpha.) If the tenderer meets the prescribed suitability requirement by relying on the capacity of another organization, the ESPD declaration must also be submitted by the organization providing its capacities. Subsequent proof: The tenderer shall attach a declaration on the total net turnover from sales for the last three closed business years, based on Section 19 (1) c) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), depending on when the tenderer was established or started its activity, if these data are available. If the tenderer meets the prescribed suitability requirement by relying on the capacity of another organization, the organization providing its capacities must prove compliance with the suitability condition in the same way as the prescribed methods of proof - solely with regard to the suitability requirement. Based on Section 69 (11) of the Public Procurement Act, the tenderer does not have to submit the above declaration if the contracting authority can directly access the proof or other relevant information by entering a free electronic database in any Member State of the European Union - indicated by that Member State as a suitable database in the e-Certis system. Among the Hungarian registers, official registers and registers named in separate legislation are considered suitable for replacing the submission of proof. In the case of non-Hungarian language registers - if the tenderer does not declare - the contracting authority requires the submission of the relevant proof or information and its Hungarian translation. Proofs issued before the start of the public procurement can also be submitted (used) as long as the facts and data contained in the proofs are true. The contracting authority - until proven otherwise - presumes the truthfulness of the data without a separate declaration from the tenderer. The contracting authority draws attention to Sections 65 (6)-(8) and Section 69 (11a) of the Public Procurement Act.
