De inschrijver moet ten minste twee referenties voorleggen in verband met dit bestek, samen met de gepaste bewijzen: - In Europa (Europese Unie, VK, Zwitserland inbegrepen) - Met minimaal 50.000 examens per jaar - Waarvan de versie van de software niet mag dateren van voor 31 december 2022. Hij moet eveneens kunnen aantonen dat de voorgestelde software meertalig is (NL/FR). Hij moet eveneens kunnen aantonen dat hij in staat is de voorgestelde applicaties te parametriseren (in de zin van deel III van dit bestek), en de eventuele toegang tot authentieke bronnen zoals het Rijksregister of de DIV (of hun equivalenten in een ander Europees land zoals hierboven bepaald).
