Limerick Twenty Thirty DAC needs Architect-Led Integrated Design Team services for the residential redevelopment, refurbishment, and adaptation of 9 Georgian Buildings and an optional limited restoration/remediation scope for Quins Bar at 9 Ellen Street at the Opera Square Development in Limerick City. The AIDT shall comprise Architecture (including Conservation Architect, Assigned Certifier, PSDP, and other specialist design services), Civil and Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Plant Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Fire/DAC Consultancy Services. The Architect will act as AIDT Lead/Team Leader and lead designer. The services are to be delivered in the Mid-West region of Ireland.
