    Åbo Akademi tar käyttöön ei-pohjoismaisten painettujen kirjojen välityspalvelut, jotka toimitetaan palveluntarjoajalta asiakkaalle asiakkaan ilmoittamiin toimitusosoitteisiin, sekä niihin liittyvät erikseen tilattavat lisäpalvelut. Palveluntarjoajan on kyettävä toimittamaan kirjoja ainakin englanniksi, saksaksi ja ranskaksi. Sopimuksen enimmäisarvo on 180 000 euroa. F.Delbanco GmbH Co. KG:llä on vastaava sopimus tällä hetkellä. Tarjoukset arvioidaan hinnan (95 %) ja painoksesta loppuneiden kirjojen palvelun (5 %) perusteella. Kokemuksen osalta vaaditaan vähintään kaksi (2) referenssiä vastaavista sopimuksista, ja jokaisen referenssin tulee sisältää tiedot asiakkaasta ja yhteyshenkilöistä, lyhyt kuvaus projektista sekä asiakkaan allekirjoittama suosituskirje.

The recommendation letter must be signed by the client. The tenderer must supply no less than two (2) references of contracts similar to the one discussed in the call for tender.
