Savonia-ammattikorkeakoulu oy on inngått en avtale med Carbonreuse Finland Oy om å levere en karbonfangstenhet til sitt kjelemiljø, som kan operere under varierende forhold typiske for røykgasser. Prosjektet innebærer pilot-skala testing, og de anskaffer et småskala system egnet for forskningsbruk, som muliggjør fangst av CO2 fra røykgasser samt undersøkelse av separasjons- og resirkuleringsprosessens ytelse. Savonia-ammattikorkeakoulun hankinnan tavoitteena on hankkia kertahankintana kattilaympäristöömme hiilidioksidin talteenottojärjestelmä, joka toimii vaihtelevissa savukaasulle tyypillisissä olosuhteissa. Hankkeemme sisältää pilot-luonteista koetoimintaa, ja olemme hankkimassa pienimuotoista, tutkimuskäyttöön soveltuvaa laitteistoa, jolla voidaan talteen ottaa savukaasusta CO2:ta sekä tarkastella erotus- ja kierrätysprosessin toimivuutta. Budjetti on 89 000 € (alv 0 %). Tarjoajan tulee ottaa huomioon koko tarjouspyynnön sisältö liitteineen. Savonia University of Applied Sciences aims to procure Carbon Dioxide Capture Unit for our boiler environment, capable of operating under varying conditions typical of flue gases. The project involves pilot-scale testing, and we are acquiring a small-scale system suitable for research use, enabling the capture of CO2 from flue gases as well as the examination of the separation and recycling process performance. The procurement budget is €89,000 (VAT 0%). The tenderer must take into account the entire content of the request for quotation, including its appendices.Menettelyn pääpiirteetThe procurement falls below the EU threshold value but exceeds the national threshold value. The contracting authority reserves the right to suspend the procurement process, either partially or entirely, for valid and justified reasons (as per Section 125 of the Finnish Procurement Act). The tender process will proceed in the following steps: The contracting authority: 1. Opens the tenders. 2. Reviews the tenderer’s suitability responses as provided in the tender form. 3. Examines the compliance of the tenders with the request for quotation and compares the tenders. 4. Selects the best tender. 5. Makes the procurement decision and informs all tenderers of the decision and shall request and verify the certificates and statements regarding suitability from the tenderer submitting the best offer. 6. Concludes the procurement contract with the successful tenderer.The procurement contract will be formalized only upon the signing of a written agreement. No compensation will be paid to tenderers for preparing or submitting tenders, presenting them, or participating in the process in any other way. The tender documents are available in English.
