BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs the design, furnishing of materials, fabrication, testing, and delivery of nine vertical concrete volute pumps for three nuclear power plants in Poland. These pumps will circulate brackish Baltic Sea water to cool main condensers, with each pump having a rated flow of 21.3 m3/s, a pump head of 22.5m, and a design life of 60 years. The project requires physical model testing and shop performance testing. The required onsite date for Unit 1 is June 2032.

CDS Condensate Pumps

BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs the design, manufacturing, and delivery of nine vertical deepwell, multi-stage centrifugal condensate pumps for the Condensate System (CDS) serving three AP1000 nuclear generating units. The equipment, including drivers, accessories, testing, documentation, quality assurance, inspection, and delivery services, must be suitable for installation in the turbine building, designed for long-term reliable operation in a nuclear power plant environment, and compliant with applicable European Union regulations, Polish codes, and relevant industry standards. The project location is Gdański. Suppliers should demonstrate experience with comparable large-capacity vertical multi-stage condensate pumps and the capability to support a major nuclear new-build project.

Feedwater Pump Packages (Pompy Wody Zasilającej)

BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs the design, manufacturing, and delivery of nine complete and fully operational feedwater pump packages for the Feedwater System (FWS) serving three AP1000 nuclear generating units in Gdański, Poland. Each package will include a booster pump, a main feedwater pump, an induction motor, a speed increasing gear, couplings, a lube oil system, a seal system, on-skid piping, and instruments. The scope also covers special tools, testing, documentation, quality assurance, inspection, and delivery services. The equipment must be suitable for installation in a turbine building, designed for long-term reliable operation in a nuclear power plant environment, and compliant with applicable EU regulations, Polish codes, and relevant industry standards.

Circulating Water System Intake Equipment Package

BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs the design, material, fabrication, testing, and delivery of a complete and fully operational Circulating Water System Intake Equipment Package. This includes 24 automatic dual flow type traveling water screens, 33 trash racks, 6 motorized trash rack raking systems, 2 intake tunnel stop gates, and 9 circulating water pump suction stop gates. The traveling screens must be designed for continuous, submerged service in brackish Baltic seawater at a depth of 23m, with material selection considering stagnation, biofouling, mussel formation, and frazil ice formation. The equipment is required on site by July 2032 for Unit 1, with details for Units 2 and 3 to follow.

Special Module Fabrication – Structural Steel – Detail, Fabrication, and Furnish (SR/US)

BECHTEL POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ needs detailing, fabricating, and furnishing over 100 structural steel module assemblies for three nuclear power plants in Poland. The total weight of the structural steel modules is approximately 6000 metric tons. The modules include structural steel shapes, plates, studs, and miscellaneous items, primarily carbon steel with some duplex stainless steel. Fabrication is divided into five module categories: Floor modules (CAxx), Liner modules (CBxx), Heavy stair/platform tower framing (CHxx), Light stair modules (CSxx), and Platform modules (SPLxx). The first delivery is required by August 2029, with final delivery by July 2035.
