    N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie needs compact stations and walkable enclosures for a framework agreement over 4 years. The compact stations include concrete housing, a hermetically sealed oil type 400 kVA 33kV/0.41 kV transformer, a low voltage distribution board, and a socket outlet rack. The walkable enclosures consist of steel housing/container for a dry type 6.3MVA 33kV/20kV transformer (supplied by Gasunie) and 20 kV switchgear. The scope of work includes engineering, manufacturing, assembly, factory acceptance testing (FAT), transportation to Gasunie site, and site acceptance testing (SAT) with commissioning support. Offers will be evaluated based on Quality (50%) and Price (50%).

    About the bid

      In order for Gasunie to achieve the intended result of the contract (see section 2.1.1), you shall be required to perform various activities, also referred to as the ‘contract scope’. These activities are, in general terms, outlined below: • Engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing (FAT), transportation to Gasunie site and testing on site (SAT) of compact stations. • Each compact station contains: o Concrete housing. o One hermetically sealed oil type 400 kVA 33kV/0,41 kV transformer. o One low voltage distribution board. o One socket outlet rack on the outside of the compact station. • Engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing (FAT), transportation and testing on site (SAT) of one walkable enclosure: o Steel housing/container (to contain a dry type 6.3MVA 33kV/20kV transformer the transformer will be supplied by Gasunie). o 20 kV switchgear including 1 incoming and 2 outgoing feeders. • FAT at supplier’s factory. • SAT including testing on site and commissioning support.
