Framework Agreement Battery Energy Storage Systems - Energielandschap Lageland

Batterij Meerstad Noord B.V. in the Netherlands needs three contractors for a framework agreement over 8 years for the realization of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Energielandschap Lageland. Phase 1 includes approximately 15 MW // 60 MWh BESS, connected to a 21 MW grid connection, with commissioning planned for Q1 2029. Phase 2 involves an expansion to at least 50 MW // 200 MWh BESS around 2032/2033. Award criteria are Price (50%) and Quality (50%).

Ontwerp en realisatie van twee 10kV inkoopstations in Westerhoven en Helmond

Provincie Noord-Brabant heeft behoefte aan het ontwerp en de volledige realisatie van twee betreedbare MS-inkoopstations, inclusief aparte klantruimte en middenspanning-(MS) schakelaars, op twee locaties in zuidoost-Brabant (Westerhoven en Helmond). Deze inkoopstations zijn bedoeld voor de toekomstige voeding van laadpleinen voor elektrische bussen. De gunningscriteria zijn prijs (60%), aanpak van ontwerp en engineering (20%) en projectbeheersing en planning (20%).

De Gemeente Leiden heeft behoefte aan diensten voor het onderhoud van stroomkasten voor evenementen en markten, inclusief calamiteitenafhandeling en vervanging, voor een periode van 4 jaar. De geschatte jaarlijkse waarde voor onderhoud bedraagt €55.000, met een maximale totale waarde van de raamovereenkomst van €350.000. De stroomkasten moeten voldoen aan de NEN3140-norm en zijn geoptimaliseerd voor multifunctioneel gebruik. Opdrachten worden op oproep uitgevraagd. De gunningscriteria zijn Prijs (40%), Plan van aanpak respons (30%), Plan van aanpak circulariteit & milieu (15%) en Emissie verlagend vervoer van materiaal en materieel (15%). Framework Agreement for the Solar Park - Energielandschap Lageland

Zonnepark Meerstad Noord B.V. needs construction services for a solar park, with a framework agreement duration of 8 years. The project involves the turnkey EPC construction of a solar park, including an intake substation, with the EPC contractor responsible for coordination and integration. Phase 1 includes approximately 58.9 MWp PV connected to a 21 MW grid, with a target operational date of Q1 2029. Phase 2, an expansion of approximately 142.3 MWp PV (total 201 MWp, or 250.5 MWp including third-party contributions), will be called off later via a mini-competition. The site is located in Overig Groningen, Netherlands, and covers approximately 175 ha of wet peatland. Offers will be evaluated based on Price (50%) and Quality (50%).
