Cultuurconnect seeks development and implementation services for a unified library system for approximately 300 Dutch-language public libraries in Flanders and Brussels, under a 15-year contract. The system must support around 3.6 million titles, 22 million holdings, 1.2 million borrowers, 33 million loans and 1.2 million reservations annually, up to 150,000 emails per day, and 3,000 library staff.
