    De Europese Commissie, FPI - Service for Foreign Policy Instruments, heeft een overeenkomst gesloten met GOPA PACE en So Cut voor de levering van diensten in het kader van het "Cultural Relations Platform". Het doel is om de EU's vermogen te versterken om zinvol in contact te treden met doelgroepen en belangrijke culturele belanghebbenden in partnerlanden, door middel van verbeterde culturele relaties en culturele samenwerking.
