    NLSH ohf. needs a Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply system (DRUPS/RUPS) for the New National Hospital in Reykjavik, Iceland, with a maximum total value of 6,260,000 EUR over 3 years. The system will be part of a new 11 kV distribution system at the NLSH Campus and must communicate with and be controllable through the existing Protection and Control system.

    About the bid

      The New National Hospital (NLSH) project reg.nr. 500810-0410 in Iceland hereby invites interested tenderer's to participate in this invitation to tender (ITT) for The New National Hospital regarding the purchase of DRUPS Backup power generator system for NLSH. NLSH is constructing new buildings for the National Hospital Landspítali - University Hospital (LSH) at the NLSH Campus in Reykjavik, Iceland. NLSH will install a new 11 kV distribution system for power distribution at the NLSH Campus. A part of this system are Rotary Uninterruptable Power Supply devices with a diesel generator (DRUPS or RUPS+ diesel generator) installation for backup of the total 11 kV power system, hereinafter abbreviated DRUPS in this document. The DRUPS system must communicate and be controllable through the Protection and Control system (P&C) which is being installed at the NLSH Campus. In the tender documents when referred to DRUPS system, the variant proposed can be of either DRUPS or RUPS variant. However, the reference will be DRUPS.

      The New National Hospital (NLSH) project reg.nr. 500810-0410 hereby invite applicants to participate in this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS): DPS for IT Consulting Services for NLSH. This DPS is divided into the following “lots”. Lot 1: IT Project Management. Lot 2: New Hospital IT projects. Lot 3: Closed Loop Medication Administration. Lot 4: LIMS systems. Lot 5: Modern EHR systems. Lot 6: Non - clinical supporting systems. Lot 7: ICT infrastructure of new hospital buildings. Lot 8: ICT integration. The Procurement process is established in accordance with the provisions of Article 41. Act no. 120/2016 on public procurement. All procurement within the DPS will be done by Closed tenders and all Participants that have been approved in accordance with the DPS documents will be invited to participate. Following individual procurement procedures, NLSH will enter a contract with one or more tenderers for specific categories of this DPS. All ITT´s are required to be advertised within the DPS for the minimum of 10 days. The purpose of this DPS is to able buyers and sellers to engage in commerce in a simpler way than before whereas technical or quality specification is described with each purchase. The time frame for procurements can be shorter than in more conventional process. NLSH in Reykjavik, Iceland, is the owner of this project and the Purchaser in this tender process.
