Provision of Managed Services with/without care at Homeless Facilities owned / leased by Dublin City Council in 2 lots

Fiosrú - Office of the Police Ombudsman needs managed services with or without care at homeless facilities owned or leased by Dublin City Council, divided into two lots: Lot 1 for managed services with care and case management supports for new facilities, and Lot 2 for managed services of new facilities. The nature of the service involves the DRHE providing accommodation for service providers to manage, with the option to also provide a care package solution. The services are to be delivered in Dublin, and the maximum total contract value is 100,000,000 EUR. This project is subject to funding.

Provision of prefabricated modular units (purchase and lease) and associated services

The European Union Agency for Asylum needs prefabricated modular units and associated services, including maintenance, through acquisition or lease, for a maximum total value of 83,000,000 EUR over 10 years. These units will be used for diverse needs such as operational offices, accommodation structures, and restroom facilities, to support EUAA's operational and technical assistance to EU Member States. The procedure will result in the conclusion of mixed multiple framework contracts with a maximum of six contractors. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (60%) and price (40%).

RFT for the provision of Vulnerability Assessments to International Protection Applicants

The Department of Justice Home Affairs and Migration in Ireland needs services for the provision of vulnerability assessments to International Protection applicants. The service involves completing vulnerability assessments for all International Protection applicants upon arrival to the State, as required by the 2026 International Protection Act, to identify if applicants are vulnerable, victims of torture or other inhuman/degrading treatment, have special reception needs, or require special procedural guarantees. The contract has a maximum total value of 8,000,000 EUR and a duration of 4 years. The services are to be delivered in Dublin.

Il valore massimo totale stimato del contratto è di 54.166.651,54 EUR. I servizi devono essere erogati presso i centri situati nella provincia di Messina, per un totale di 450 posti. La Dorange Società Cooperativa Sociale Onlus e la Cooperativa Sociale Sorriso hanno contratti simili oggi.
