    Dublin City Council needs a Reserved Pitch Specialist Contractor for the specialist design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, establishment, and aftercare of a new hybrid stitched natural grass pitch and complete irrigation system at Dalymount Park, Phibsborough Road, Dublin 7. The contract has a maximum total value of 4.4 million EUR and a duration of 1 year. The successful contractor will initially be appointed by Dublin City Council and then novated to the main Works Contractor. The competition will use a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation, starting with a suitability assessment.

      Dublin City Council (“the Contracting Authority”) proposes to engage in a competitive tender process for the appointment of a Reserved Pitch Specialist Contractor for the specialist design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, establishment and aftercare of the new hybrid stitched natural grass pitch and complete irrigation system at Dalymount Park, Phibsborough Road, Dublin 7. The successful Reserved Pitch Specialist Contractor is intended to be appointed by Dublin City Council and subsequently novated to the Works Contractor appointed under PW-CF1. This competition is proposed to be conducted using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. The first stage will comprise a suitability assessment of interested Applicants.
