    Brief

    European Environment Agency (EEA) har indgået en rammeaftale med UNISYSTEMS LUXEMBOURG SARL, THALERIA, DUKAT ORB S.L., NTT DATA BELGIQUE, ED LUXEMBOURG og European Dynamics SA om levering af IT-konsulentydelser inden for Java softwareudvikling til understøttelse af Reportnet, EEA's e-rapporteringsplatform for miljødata. Aftalen har en varighed på 4 år og en maksimal totalværdi på 8,25 millioner euro. Tjenesterne omfatter Java softwareudvikling til web- og frontend-applikationer samt backend-applikationer (mikrotjenester og containerbaserede applikationer), implementering af applikationer (DevOps) i et hybrid cloud-miljø ved brug af CD/CI pipelines, hypervisor-baseret virtualisering og klyngearkitektur med containerteknologier og orkestreringsplatforme som Kubernetes, samt første-, anden- og tredjeniveau IT-support (Tier 1, Tier 2 og Tier 3 support) for Reportnet-platforme. Der blev modtaget 23 tilbud.

    • In the context of maintaining and extending EEA’s data reporting platforms and data system management, the EEA seeks to establish framework service contracts in cascade with service providers for the provision of IT services and support in the following areas: - Java software development for: o Web and frontend applications o Backend applications such as microservices and applications running in containers - Deployment of applications (DevOps) in a hybrid cloud environment using Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration (CD/CI) pipelines, supported by hypervisor-based virtualization and clustering architecture using container technologies and orchestrator platforms such as Kubernetes. - First, Second and Third levels for IT support services (Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 support) for Reportnet platforms.
