The European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA) needs services for a "MASSIVE – Metabolite Analysis System Supporting In-depth Validation and Exploration" contract over 3 years, with a maximum total value of 500,000 EUR. The objective is to reinforce collective capacity across the EU to interpret toxicological findings and improve the detection, identification, and timely reporting of exposure to New Psychoactive Substances (NPS) and other illicit drugs by generating robust metabolic, pharmacological, and analytical data and consolidating these into a centralised, accessible EU database. The contract will be awarded based on quality and price.

Provision of technical and scientific support for activities related to EU antimicrobial resistance (AMR) monitoring, including the preparation of annual EU Summary Reports on AMR and other AMR outputs

L'Autorità Europea per la Sicurezza Alimentare (EFSA) necessita di servizi di supporto tecnico e scientifico per attività relative al monitoraggio della resistenza antimicrobica (AMR) nell'UE, inclusa la preparazione di relazioni riepilogative annuali sull'AMR e altri output relativi all'AMR, per un periodo di 24 mesi e un valore massimo totale di 600.000 EUR. L'obiettivo è garantire un'elevata qualità scientifica, un'interpretazione armonizzata dei dati AMR tra gli Stati membri e l'allineamento con il quadro di monitoraggio AMR dell'UE. I criteri di aggiudicazione sono la qualità (70%) e il prezzo (30%).

Long-term API stockpiling and rapid finished dose form manufacture

The Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) needs services for a feasibility project on "Long-term API stockpiling and rapid finished dose form manufacture" over 3 years, with a maximum total value of 6,000,000 EUR. This project aims to support the development of and access to technologies that can prolong the shelf-life of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) stored in bulk and advanced manufacturing technologies to produce finished dose forms from those bulk APIs rapidly, enhancing crisis preparedness by exploring potential gains in sustainability, resiliency, and flexibility to respond to future health emergencies. The upcoming call for tenders will request the development of a pilot feasibility project to test this concept, assess its viability, and provide recommendations on how to operationalise the approach. Award criteria will be based on quality (80%) and price (20%).
