The services require a multi-disciplined, competent, and suitably experienced Architect-Led Design Team. The award was based on a 35% weighting for price and a 65% weighting for quality, which included opportunities for sustainable design innovation, proposed program, service delivery approach and methodology, technical merit and balance of human resources, and managing time and quality.
