      For the evaluation of the sub-criteria the below should be enclosed: The tenderer should enclose CV’s of the key personnel who will be allocated to the assignment, including: • Project manager • 2 experts in cathodic protection (electrical engineer or similar) The CV’s should include a detailed description of experience and competences of relevance to the tendered assignment considering the position for which the key person is proposed (e.g. experience within that position, experience with similar assignments etc.) cf. The scope of works. Further, the tenderer should enclose a detailed description of the project specific organizational structure which will be allo cated to the assignment, including: • Level of involvement of the key personnel and how the competences of the key personnel will be used for the specific assignment • how the key personnel complement each other within the organization structure • How external interfaces are administrated, including how subcontractors (if any) will be involved and ad ministrated. • How lines of communication internally and externally will be handled appropriately and efficiently Further to the detailed description, the tenderer should include a visual chart illustrating the organizational structure.

      Evaluation Method

      The evaluation of the subcriterion “Organization and key personnel” will be based on the demonstrated competences and experience in the included CV’s with respect to the tendered assignment and the specific role of the key person, including to which degreethe individual key personnel will be involved in the fulfillment of the assignment and how they complement each other in accordance with Appendix 2 Scope of Services. Further the evaluation will be based whether the proposed organizational structure is operational, efficient and have clear lines of communication taking into consideration the scope of the assignment. An overall evaluation will be made of this sub-criteria
