Ces services sont divisés en deux lots : le premier concerne le soutien en méthodologie statistique et autres services de soutien pour le développement et la production de statistiques, et le second les services techniques pour le développement et la production de statistiques, incluant le soutien méthodologique. Les services seront livrés au Luxembourg. Les offres seront évaluées sur la base de la qualité (50%) et du prix (50%).

Support to Eurostat in the domain of Purchasing Power Parities (PPP) for the implementation of the 2027 equipment goods price survey

The European Commission, DG ESTAT - Eurostat needs statistical services for the implementation of the 2027 equipment goods price survey over 17 months, with a maximum total value of 540,000 EUR. The purpose is to support Eurostat in coordinating PPP surveys on equipment goods and deriving PPPs for gross fixed capital formation across 41 countries (EU Member States, EFTA/EEA, enlargement countries, and the UK). This work requires technical knowledge of machinery, electronic, and other equipment to ensure high-quality PPP data, comparable price data collection, data validation, and methodology application according to agreed time schedules. Planco Consulting GmBH likely has a similar contract today. Offers will be evaluated based on quality (50%) and price (50%).

Topic Centre on Chemicals, Environment and Health

The services include support related to EEA legal obligations for dataflows under the OSOA Regulation, development and update of visualizations and dashboards/viewers, support for the Early Warning System for Chemicals, broader environment and health assessment (including environmental burden of disease and literature reviews), and capacity development on One Health and knowledge on inequalities in exposure and impact.
