The European Environment Agency (EEA) in Denmark needs research and development services and related consultancy services for a framework agreement over 53 months, with a maximum total value of 1,900,000 EUR. The purpose is to provide essential data, information, and policy-relevant insights to inform the design and implementation of climate adaptation measures, risk management strategies, and societal preparedness efforts, with a focus on resilience indicators, sectoral progress, and broader economic and societal resilience. EEA/DTL/TC/26/001 - Topic Centre on support to the implementation of the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service and In situ coordination

The European Environment Agency (EEA) needs services for a framework contract over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 4,800,000 EUR. The services involve scientific, technical, analytical, and coordination support for the implementation, assessment, quality assurance, integration, further development, and uptake of activities related to the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service (CLMS) and the Copernicus In-Situ Component. European Environment Agency (EEA) har brug for konsulenttjenester inden for forsknings- og udviklingsvirksomhed til en omfattende gennemgang af drivhusgasopgørelser fra Energy Community Contracting Parties i 2027 og relaterede kapacitetsopbyggende aktiviteter. Rammeaftalen har en varighed på 48 måneder og en maksimal totalværdi på 650.000 EUR. Tjenesterne omfatter specialiseret teknisk ekspertise til at udføre den første omfattende gennemgang af drivhusgasopgørelser og levere kapacitetsopbyggende aktiviteter, der understøtter implementeringen af rapporterings- og gennemgangskrav under den tilpassede Governance Regulation. Evalueringen af tilbud vil ske ud fra kvalitet (70%) og pris (30%).
