    De European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) heeft een raamovereenkomst gesloten met MCI BENELUX, EURAIL BV en EUROPEAN YOUTH CARD ASSOCIATION (EYCA) voor de levering van reistiensten. De diensten omvatten het organiseren van reisarrangementen en het verstrekken van reispasjes, het optimaliseren van de opname van reispasjes, het leveren van promotiemateriaal en -diensten, online en sociale media en community management, en het beheren van kortingen op accommodatie, cultuur, natuur, sport, lokaal vervoer en andere diensten. Jaarlijks worden ongeveer 70.000 reispasjes aangeboden aan geselecteerde 18-jarigen. De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van 4 jaar en een maximale totale waarde van 250 miljoen euro.
