Travel Agency Contract

The Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM Secretariat) needs travel agency and related services for a framework agreement over 4 years. The services, to be delivered in Barcelona, include transport tickets, accommodation, expense payments (per diem), visa assistance, transportation, travel insurance, and help-desk services, as well as technical assistance for implementing the UfM Secretariat's travel policy.

Provision of Event Organization Services for Administrative and Operational Meetings and Events for the EUAA

The European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) needs event organization services for administrative and operational meetings and events through up to three framework service contracts in cascade for each Lot, over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 4.4 million EUR. The services include conference venue rental, audio-visual and interpretation equipment, catering, coordination of third-party service providers, on-site logistical management, event signage, accommodation, transportation, event assistance, security and medical services, and processing of travel allowances. These services are required for events organized in Moldova (Lot 1), Ukraine (Lot 2), and the Western Balkans (Lot 3). Offers will be evaluated based on quality (60%) and price (40%).
