    European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) is van plan om de uitbreiding van het EU-gebouwenbestandsobservatorium en de facilitering van een EU-ecosysteem voor het verzamelen, verwerken en beheren van gebouwgegevens aan te besteden. Dit omvat de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van de BSO-webtool, die transparante en betrouwbare informatie en gegevens over het EU-gebouwenbestand moet leveren.
