De Société wallonne des eaux heeft een raamovereenkomst voor de levering van diverse elektrisch gevoede sensoren (druk, niveau, debiet) nodig, met een maximale totale waarde van 4.924.606,32 EUR. De aanbesteding heeft betrekking op instrumenten voor het meten van stroomsnelheid, hoogtestand en druk in vloeistoffen en gassen. De gunningscriteria zijn prijs (35% + 37,5% = 72,5%) en technische kwaliteiten van het voorgestelde materiaal (15%) en technische voorstellen zoals constructieve bepalingen, onderhoud, installatiegemak en een langere garantieperiode (12,5%).

Qualification requirements
Description
The economic operator declares that it is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17 June 2016. Article 70 of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement applies. For the exclusion grounds referred to in Article 67 of the law, the candidate or tenderer shall spontaneously indicate whether he has taken the corrective measures referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 70 at the beginning of the procedure. In accordance with Belgian public procurement regulations, the contracting authority may, at any stage of the procedure, exclude a candidate/tenderer who has been convicted by a criminal decision following an offense relating to his professional integrity. Non-compliance with environmental and social legislation may be considered an offense affecting professional integrity. As soon as this offense has been established by a judgment or decision that has become final, it may be used as a ground for exclusion, regardless of the stage of the procedure. Social legislation means the following texts: - the law of 10 May 2007 to combat certain forms of discrimination, the law of 10 May 2007 amending the law of 30 July 1981 to combat discrimination and suppress certain acts inspired by racism or xenophobia and the law of 10 May 2007 to combat discrimination between women and men. - law of 4 August 1996 on the well-being of workers in the performance of their work, in particular Chapter Vbis. Specific provisions concerning the prevention of psychosocial risks at work, including stress, violence and moral or sexual harassment at work.
