    Brief

    On 17 April 2014 the contract notice (no 2014/S 076-131973) concerning the Framework Agreement for Environmental Advisor, was published in TED. The framework agreement was awarded to the Consortium Fehmarnbelt Environmental Monitoring and Consultancy (FEMO), and the contract award notice (no 2015/S 013-019599) was published on 20 January 2015. This notice concerns Femern A/S' intention to prolong the existing framework agreement between Femern A/S and Consortium FEMO until 31 December 2029 (where the construction of the Fixed Link across the Fehmarn Belt is expected to be finalized), though at least until the finalization of the Fixed Link (as was the original intention with the procurement, cf. the contract notice), cf. section IV.1.1) for further information.

      Rammeaftale om miljørådgivning i forbindelse med nedrivning af minkerhvervets produktionsanlæg

      Bygningsstyrelsen har brug for miljørådgivning i forbindelse med nedrivning af minkerhvervets produktionsanlæg gennem en rammeaftale med en maksimal totalværdi på 180 millioner DKK. Aftalen løber i 2 år med mulighed for forlængelse to gange 12 måneder og er opdelt i 3 delaftaler. Ydelserne omfatter kortlægning af bygningsforurening, ressourcekortlægninger, verificering og registrering af bygninger, tekniske anlæg, hegn, installationer og adgangsforhold, undersøgelse af topjord, udarbejdelse af graveplan, screening for naturinteresser, varetagelse af arbejdsmiljøkoordinering i projekteringsfasen samt eventuel supplerende prøvetagning og miljøtilsyn i forbindelse med håndtering af jord. Tjenesterne skal leveres i hele Danmark. Tilbud evalueres på opgaveløsning (40%), organisation og bemanding (30%) og pris (30%). Kvalifikationskrav inkluderer en årsomsætning på minimum 40 millioner DKK i seneste disponible regnskabsår, en soliditetsgrad på minimum 10% i hvert af de seneste 3 disponible årsregnskaber, samt maksimalt 7 relevante referencer inden for miljørådgivning udført inden for de seneste tre år.
