    Brief

    On 17 April 2014 the contract notice (no 2014/S 076-131973) concerning the Framework Agreement for Environmental Advisor, was published in TED. The framework agreement was awarded to the Consortium Fehmarnbelt Environmental Monitoring and Consultancy (FEMO), and the contract award notice (no 2015/S 013-019599) was published on 20 January 2015. By voluntary ex ante transparency notice (no 2022/S 067-178300) Femern A/S announced Femern A/S intention to prolong the existing framework agreement between Femern A/S and the Consortium FEMO until 31 December 2029 where the construction of the Fixed Link across the Fehmarn Belt is expected to be finalized, though at least until the finalization of the Fixed Link (as was the original intention with the procurement, cf. the contract notice). After this (and the expiry of stand still as stated in notice no 2022/S 067-178300) the framework agreement has been prolonged.

      Konkurrenceudsættelse - Rammeaftale om rådgivningsydelser ifm. vådområde- og lavbundsprojekter

      Esbjerg Kommune søger op til tre rådgivere til en fireårig rammeaftale med en maksimal samlet værdi på 1,5 mio. kr. for teknisk rådgivning til vådområde- og lavbundsprojekter i Sydjylland. Opgaverne omfatter både forundersøgelser og etableringsprojekter som led i omlægningsplanen for oplandet til Vadehavet, der skal reducere kvælstof- og CO₂-udledning og skabe mere beskyttet natur.       ARWOS SPILDEVAND A/S søger to rådgivere til en 4-årig rammeaftale, som også kan anvendes af ARWOS VAND A/S, med en forventet samlet værdi på ca. 9,98 mio. kr. og en maksimal værdi på ca. 14,04 mio. kr. Opgaverne udføres i Sydjylland og omfatter miljøkonsekvensvurderinger og tilknyttet teknisk rådgivning for spildevands- og drikkevandsprojekter, herunder et projekt om centralisering af renseanlæg og et nyt kildefelt og vandværk. Leverancerne omfatter miljøfaglige undersøgelser, specialistvurderinger, fagnotater, miljøkonsekvensrapporter, tekniske analyser, løsningsafklaring, projektmodning samt projekt- og procesledelse og tværfaglig koordinering; efterfølgende projektering er ikke omfattet. Begge rådgivere skal kunne varetage begge ydelsesområder, og konkrete opgaver tildeles efter en kaskademodel uden genåbning af konkurrencen. De to tilbud med de højeste samlede scorer tildeles aftaler, medmindre færre end to konditionsmæssige tilbud kan tildeles.
