Brief
La Banque Européenne d'Investissement a attribué un accord-cadre à Ecorys Europe EEIG-GEIE, PwC EU Services EESV, Roland Berger GmbH, Civitta UAB, Deloitte Tax & Consulting et Oliver Wyman GmbH (DE) pour la fourniture de services de conseil en matière de capital de croissance et de financement d'entreprise. Ces services, d'une durée de 36 mois et d'une valeur maximale totale de 39 millions d'euros, soutiendront les activités de conseil de la BEI, notamment l'assistance au développement de projets, les études horizontales, le développement d'écosystèmes et le conseil en gouvernance d'entreprise. Les services seront livrés dans l'UE-27 et l'AELE. L'évaluation des offres a été basée sur la qualité (80%) et le prix (20%). Six offres ont été reçues.

These Framework Agreements aim at supporting the activities of the Advisory Services for Project Development Assistance and Horizontal Studies, Ecosystems Development and Corporate Governance advisory as follows: (i) Under Lot 1: Project Development Assistance (PDA), to projects originated and/or managed by the Growth Finance Advisory division and/or the Corporate Advisory division and falling under the InvestEU advisory mandate (or its relevant successor during the transition period if applicable). (ii) Under Lot 2: Horizontal activities supporting dedicated studies / in-depth research originated and/or managed by Growth Finance Advisory division and/or the Corporate Advisory division, in specific geographical areas (EU-27 and EFTA), industrial sub-sectors and markets, emerging technologies and emerging technological trends (for example: Sustainable Liquid Fuels, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum, Critical Raw Materials, etc) (iii) Under Lot 3: Ecosystem Development services originated and/or managed by the Growth Finance Advisory division and/or the Corporate Advisory division such as the organisation of events, sectorial company mappings, provision of expert input for the drafting and publishing of material (newsletters, market reports, social media posts) to generate discussion and dynamic interactions between sector stakeholders on social media platforms (such as LinkedIn ) and at events. (iv) Under Lot 4: Corporate Governance, services originated and/or managed by the Growth Finance Advisory division and/or the Corporate Advisory division to help companies to improve their corporate governance framework, practice and disclosures.
