    VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd needs licenses for Full Spectrum Vibro-acoustic analysis software, possible new licenses, and related services. The supplier will be responsible for software license sales and management, and provide expert support for deployment, configuration, and testing. The contract period is one year, after which it will continue until further notice. VTT also reserves the right to order separately chargeable services like software customization or consulting. Price will be the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%.

    About the bid

      The subject of the procurement is the licenses entitled to the use of software for Full Spectrum Vibro-acoustic analysis, the procurement of possible new licenses, and the services related to their use. The Supplier is responsible for software license sales and management and provides a service that includes, among other things, expert support for the deployment, configuration and testing of the software. The supplier must provide services that are included in the license fee. VTT will select one (1) Supplier as its contractual partner. The tendering process seeks a supplier of the software and services mentioned for a contract period of one (1) year, after which the agreement will continue until further notice. In addition, VTT reserves the right to order separately chargeable services (additional services), such as VTT-specific software customization or consulting services.
