      Galway City Council Competitive Procedure with Negotiation Galway City Council is engaging in a competitive tendering process for the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for Project Management Led Integrated Multi Disciplinary Consultancy Services in relation to the construction of the Newcastle Community Centre, Newcastle, Galway City.
