SC 07/25 - Open Cycle Gas Turbine (OCGT) and Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Qualification System

Bord na Móna PLC in Ireland is establishing a Qualification System for the provision of Open Cycle Gas Turbine (OCGT) and Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) works. This system is of indefinite duration, but is anticipated to apply for 10 years with an option to extend. The procurement covers Lot 1 – OCGT Supply OEM and LTSA, Lot 2 – OCGT Balance of Plant Constructor, Lot 3 – OCGT Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) LTSA, and Lot 4 – CCGT Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) + LTSA.

AP 06/25 - Civil Balance of Plant and Civil Engineering Works for Renewable Energy Projects Qualification System

The objective of this Qualification System is to qualify interested parties for the provision of Civil Balance of Plant and Civil Engineering Enabling Works for Renewable Energy Projects. The Qualification System is of indefinite duration. However, it is currently anticipated that the Qualification System will apply for a period of 10 years from the date of its establishment with the option to extend at the Contracting Entity’s discretion (having regard to the nature, scope and extent of services required to be undertaken). For the purposes of submitting initial Applications, Applicants must complete and return all documentation relating to their Application by the stated Application Deadline. Applicants submitting Applications will be informed at the earliest opportunity of the status of their Application. Applicants may apply for inclusion on the Qualification System at any time over the term of this arrangement. The Contracting Entity will review and evaluate Applications received after the establishment of the Qualification System on a six monthly basis.

JK 07/24 - Walking Floor Haulage Services

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified applicants interested in being considered for the provision of walking floor haulage services. Services will be required Mon-Fri and possibly Saturdays, per power plant requirements. The Qualification System is of indefinite duration. However, it is currently anticipated that the Qualification System will apply for a period of 10 years from the date of its establishment with the option to extend at the Contracting Entity’s discretion (having regard to the nature, scope and extent of services required to be undertaken). For the purposes of submitting initial Applications, Applicants must complete and return all documentation relating to their Application by the stated Application Deadline. Applicants submitting Applications will be informed at the earliest opportunity of the status of their Application. Applicants may apply for inclusion on the Qualification System at any time over the term of this arrangement. EM 06/26 - Fire Management Services Framework

Bord na Móna PLC needs fire management services through a multi-supplier framework agreement over 8 years, with a maximum total value of 3,200,000 EUR. The services are divided into three lots: Lot 1 for Fire Detection and Emergency Systems (routine inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, system upgrades, certification, 24/7 call-out), Lot 2 for Fire Suppression Systems (supply, installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, refilling, replacement, disposal of fire extinguishers and blankets, and inspection, testing, maintenance of fire hose reels and hydrants), and Lot 3 for Sprinkler Systems (service, installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance). These services must ensure full compliance with relevant fire safety legislation, standards, and best practices across various operational environments including landfilling activities, bog operations, and Edenderry Power Plant facilities.
