TR3417 Mechanical Works for ESB Thermal, Hydro and Distributed Generation

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) is establishing a Qualification System for Mechanical Works for ESB Thermal, Hydro and Distributed Generation plants, including Flexgen and Battery Storage, located on the island of Ireland. This system will be used for future procurements of a broad range of mechanical tasks, including routine work, plant overhauls, shutdowns, and off-site fabrication, as well as specific project-related tasks. The Qualification System is open to economic operators interested in tendering for these services, which will be evaluated based on cost, price, and quality.

Bord na Móna PLC in Ireland is establishing a Qualification System for the provision of Open Cycle Gas Turbine (OCGT) and Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) works. This system is of indefinite duration, but is anticipated to apply for 10 years with an option to extend. The procurement covers Lot 1 – OCGT Supply OEM and LTSA, Lot 2 – OCGT Balance of Plant Constructor, Lot 3 – OCGT Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) LTSA, and Lot 4 – CCGT Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) + LTSA.

Framework for Commercial Services to support the delivery of ESB’s capital programmes

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) needs commercial services to support the delivery of its extensive capital programmes through a multi-supplier framework agreement over 8 years, with a maximum total value of 50,000,000 EUR. The framework will provide commercial services to all areas of the ESB Group in Dublin.
