Produktene skal leveres i store partier, porsjonspakket, og skal brukes som en del av ambient produktløsninger, ofte servert under feltforhold. Avtalen har en varighet på 2 år, med mulighet for forlengelse, og har en estimert totalverdi på 900 000 euro. Det kreves at pasten har en minimum holdbarhet på 36 måneder fra produksjon og 26 måneder fra levering, en vekt på 45-55g, og et energiinnhold på rundt 175 kcal for skinke, minst 125 kcal for grønnsaker, og rundt 190 kcal for tunfisk. Leijona Catering Oy uses ham/tuna/vegetable paste as part of ambient product solutions. Ham/tuna/vegetable paste is part of multiple different meals, which are usually served in operational field conditions. We are seeking a delivery contact supplier for a 2-year contract period (the contract remains valid after two (2) years initial period unless terminated with written notice). The delivery contract does not grant exclusive rights to supply the product in question. The supplier supplies the goods in large batches for Leijona Catering. Products must be portion packed and must fulfil the presented technical requirements. Eligible tender needs to offer three (3) different flavours of paste: ham, tuna and vegetable (or similar flavours). All of the flavours must fulfil the requirements. Estimated yearly volume: for ham paste is around 300 000 portions. for tuna paste is around 220 000 portions. for vegetable paste is around 40 000 portions. However, Leijona Catering is not obligated to buy any products from selected supplier. Leijona is allowed to purchase similar products from the selected supplier under this delivery contract. The product needs to receive minimum of 6 points from flavour assessment (in scale of 1-9 points), to be eligible. Flavour, appearance and texture will be evaluated in the flavour assessment by a group of end users. Minimum shelf-life (from point of manufacturing): 36 months and 26 months from point of delivery Product weight: 45-55g Energy content: ~175 kcal (Ham), at least 125 kcal (Vegetable), ~190 kcal (Tuna) The product packaging must include standard consumer information in Finnish, Swedish, and English (optional). The product packaging must not contain any direct or indirect messaging unrelated to the product.Main features of the procedureThe procurement will not be divided into parts. The supplier must be able to deliver the entire procurement. The contracting authority justifies this decision as follows: -More efficient management and monitoring of the supplier network -More efficient contract management and monitoring All costs related to preparing and submitting the offer, as well as any costs incurred by the supplier from clarifications, negotiations, etc., that may arise later, are entirely the supplier's responsibility. Under no circumstances can claims for these costs be made against the buyer.
