    Landsvirkjun hefur gert samning við Fossvélar ehf. um vega- og jarðvinnu, framleiðslu á jarðefnum og aðra tengda innviðauppbyggingu fyrir vinnubúðir. Samningurinn felur í sér byggingu á um 2,8 km nýjum vegi, uppgröft, borun og sprengingu á bergi sem verður notað til að framleiða mulin og sigtuð jarðefni fyrir burðarlög í vegagerð og önnur innviðaverkefni á svæðinu. Einnig er innifalið að undirbúa jarðfyllingu fyrir vinnubúðir og tengda innviði eins og vatn, frárennsli og rafmagn. Heildarverðmæti samningsins er 995.166.586 ISK. Sex tilboð bárust í verkið.

    About the bid

      The contract includes construction work of roughly 2,8 km of new road as well as excavation, drilling and blasting of rock. The rock will be used to manufacture and produce crushed and screened aggregates which will be used for structural layers for road construction and other infrastructure projects in the area. It is also included in the contract to prepare earth filling for work camps and prepare related infrastructure such as water, sewage, electricity etc. Main quantities of the works can be found in the tender documents.
