Brief
La Junta de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Santander necesita, durante 3 años y con un valor máximo total de 561.388 euros, la implantación, gestión, soporte y mantenimiento de una plataforma integral de gestión para la Policía Local, con arquitectura local (on-premise). El contrato incluye suministro, actualización y mantenimiento de software, configuración de infraestructura, hardware específico, formación y asistencia mediante inteligencia artificial; contempla módulos de coordinación del 092 y comunicaciones, gestión de personal, denuncias y atestados, tráfico y videovigilancia, flota, objetos perdidos y aplicación móvil, así como cámaras embarcadas y funciones de integración y gestión de datos. También se mencionan cámaras lectoras de matrículas, videollamada y geoposicionamiento. La prestación se realizará en Cantabria. El presente contrato tiene por objeto la contratación de un servicio servicio integral de implantación, gestión, soporte y mantenimiento de una plataforma tecnológica de gestión policial de arquitectura (on-premise), destinada a la modernización operativa y administrativa de la Policía Local. El servicio abarca desde el suministro, mantenimiento y actualización del software, junto con la configuración de la infraestructura, hasta la dotación de hardware específico, asistencia mediante inteligencia artificial y capacitación del personal, bajo las especificaciones previstas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.
